The Vice President takes the lead on most aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, marketing materials, client communication, and structuring. The VP will also play a key role in business development, marketing outreach, client pitches. Typical advisory transactions include sell-side M&A and capital raises on behalf of middle market privately held clients.  

Responsibilities include:

• Leads day-to-day oversight and execution of client engagements
• Management and mentorship of analyst and associate team members
• Oversees the creation of and review/refinement of financial models and client materials 
• Manages due diligence efforts working directly with management teams and investor groups
• Conducting extensive company and industry analyses 
• Supports ongoing business development efforts, including pitch books, target identification, participation in prospect calling programs and writing industry reports
• Plays a leadership role in firmwide initiatives, including recruiting, training, staffing and marketing initiatives
